for safe, fun 2 hour Defensive Skills
We will cover:
- the most important aspect of self defense
- the 3 elements needed for assault to occur
- the continuum of assault
- the continuum of response
Using games and exercises, we will explore:
- dynamics of harassment, abuse and assault
- situational awareness
- skills to avoid, disengage, and escape
