After a prolonged suspension due to the pandemic and resulting state mandates, 

we are pleased to announce

 the resumption of our Aikido program on Tuesday, April 5th 2022.
 

It has been a difficult cycle for us all and we look forward to reengaging with our students and our community again.

The Children’s program will offer three classes on Tues and Thurs afternoons:

Ages 4 - 6: 3 pm - 3:45 pm

Ages 6 - 10: 4 pm - 5 pm

The Teen (12+) and Adult program will offer classes on Tues and Thursday evenings, 5 pm - 6 pm.

We are now accepting sign-ups for returning and new students. 

This will hold a space for you but does not involve any payment or obligation. 

All classes require a minimum of students to begin.

Defensive Skills class April 27th

 Join us Wednesday April 27th

         at the Cove Ascension School 
         6 - 8 pm

 for safe, fun 2 hour Defensive Skills

We will cover:

• the most important aspect of self defense
• the 3 elements needed for assault to occur
• the continuum of assault
• the continuum of response

Using games and exercises, we will explore:

• dynamics of harassment, abuse and assault
• situational awareness
• skills to avoid, disengage, and escape
